Claude Byiringiro — President
Claude Byiringiro is the President of OCRS, a dedicated and hard-working leader with a strong faith foundation. As a pastor and visionary, he guides the organization with integrity and purpose. Claude oversees all OCRS activities, leads meetings, ensures that goals are met, and serves as the primary representative of the organization.
Alice Muhoza — Vice President
Alice Muhoza serves as the Vice President of OCRS. She steps into leadership whenever the president is unavailable and plays an essential role in coordinating both internal and external affairs. Alice also supports public relations efforts, ensuring strong communication between OCRS and its partners.
Gashema Kalisa— Secretary
Gashema Ndizihiwe is the Secretary of OCRS. He is responsible for documenting all meetings, maintaining accurate records, and organizing organizational reports. His attention to detail helps ensure transparency and effective communication within the team.
Millenaire Sano — Accountant & Public Relations Support
Millenaire Sano serves as the Accountant of OCRS. He oversees the financial activities of the organization, manages funds responsibly, and supports both public relations and internal member engagement. His work helps maintain trust, financial clarity, and community connection.
Elisée Tuyishime — Organizational Consultant & Former President
Elisée Tuyishime is the OCRS Consultant and former President. With deep experience in leadership and program development, he now serves as the financial advisor and works closely with the President. His guidance strengthens the long-term vision and operational stability of OCRS.
